Under Georgia law, which statement about a named driver exclusion endorsement on a personal auto policy is TRUE?

A named driver exclusion is enforceable in Georgia
BNamed driver exclusions are prohibited in Georgia
CA named driver exclusion is permitted only if the excluded driver signs in writing
DNamed driver exclusions automatically apply to all household members

Why this is the answer

Georgia courts enforce named driver exclusions. In Progressive Preferred Ins. Co. v. Browner (1993) the Court of Appeals held that nothing in the compulsory insurance statute, O.C.G.A. § 33-34-4, prohibits an endorsement excluding a named driver (there, the insured's spouse) and that the exclusion does not violate public policy. The exclusion applies only to the driver it names; it does not reach other household members. It removes liability coverage while the excluded person drives, but it does not remove uninsured motorist coverage for that person unless UM is rejected in writing.
