EstatePass Video Studio makes real estate listing videos from the property record: a script written from the listing’s facts (never invented), scenes that use its real photos, a choice of six looks (Editorial, Bold, Luxury, Minimal, Social, Ledger), narration by a natural voice or your own recorded take, captions, and a caption package for four platforms. Films run 15 to 60 seconds in 9:16, 16:9 or 1:1 and render in a few minutes. The first film is free; Pro is $9.99 a month, $19.99 a quarter, or $39.99 once and includes 10 films a month.

How it works

5 steps, in this order

  1. Pick the listing and the moment

Coming soon, just listed, open house, price improvement, under contract or just sold. Each moment has its own length, look and rules (a coming-soon film never shows the price or the house number).

  2. Read the script like a viewer

Two opening hooks to choose from, five to seven scenes, a close. Every line is editable. Numbers only come from the listing and the facts you typed.

  3. Give each scene a picture

Real photos for the home. Generated images only for mood and neighborhood. Or drop a clip you shot on your phone: the walkthrough, the keys, the street.

  4. Choose the voice

Anna, Amanda or Adam, or record any line yourself one scene at a time with the line on screen. Takes are trimmed and levelled automatically.

  5. Render and post

Scenes render in parallel and assemble into one file. Pick the cover frame, download the captions file, copy the caption for each platform, mark it posted.

Questions

What agents ask before they start

Q01
How long does a listing video take to make?
The script is ready in under a minute, pictures take a minute or two per generated scene, narration a few seconds a line, and the render a few minutes. Most agents finish a film inside ten minutes.
Q02
Does it use my real photos?
Yes, and it insists on it. Any scene that shows the home must use a real photo of that home. Generated images are allowed only for mood, neighborhood, intro and outro scenes, so the film never misrepresents the property.
Q03
Can I use my own voice?
Yes. On any line, press Record: the line is on screen, you read it, listen back, keep it or go again. The take is trimmed and levelled in the browser. Or upload a voice memo from your phone. Mix your voice with the narrator freely.
Q04
Can I add video I shot on my phone?
Yes. Drop an mp4, mov or webm clip up to 60 seconds on any scene; it plays under the narration instead of a still. Walkthroughs, the keys handoff, the street outside.
Q05
What sizes does it make?
Vertical 9:16 for Reels, Shorts and TikTok; landscape 16:9 for YouTube and your website; square 1:1 for the feed.
Q06
What about Fair Housing and MLS rules?
The script writer is instructed never to describe who should live in a home by any protected class, never to invent numbers, and never to promise an outcome. Loan officers get an extra Regulation Z check and an NMLS line on the closing card.
Q07
What does it cost?
The first film is free. Pro is $9.99 a month, $19.99 a quarter, or $39.99 once and includes 10 rendered films and 40 generated scene images a month, with unlimited scripts and narration.
