What export formats are supported?
You can export flyers in three formats: A4 PDF for professional printing, Instagram Post (1080Ă—1080 square) for feed posts, and Instagram Story (1080Ă—1920 vertical) for Stories and Reels. All exports are high-resolution and ready to use.
Can I add my brokerage logo and agent branding?
Yes. Use Agent Branding to set up your photo, featured headshot, name, title, phone, email, brokerage name, logo, and license number. Once saved, your branding auto-fills every time you create a new flyer.
What purpose tags can I add to flyers?
You can add five listing-lifecycle tags: Just Listed (green), Open House (blue), Price Reduced (red), Coming Soon (purple), and Just Sold (orange). Each tag adds a prominent color banner to the top of the flyer.
Can I include open house date and time on the flyer?
Yes. When you select the Open House purpose tag, date and time fields appear. The formatted date and time are displayed prominently on the flyer banner so buyers know exactly when to visit.
How many property photos can I include?
You can include one main hero photo plus up to three additional gallery images. Photos are displayed in a professional grid layout below the property details. You can paste image URLs or pull photos automatically from your Property Center listings.
What paper size are the flyers designed for?
Flyers are designed for standard A4 paper (210mm Ă— 297mm), which prints perfectly on both A4 and US Letter (8.5Ă—11 in.) paper. The PDF export is 300 DPI for sharp, professional-quality printing.
Can I edit the flyer after generating it?
Yes. The generator features a WYSIWYG (what-you-see-is-what-you-get) editor. Click directly on any text in the live preview to edit it in place. Changes update instantly so you can fine-tune your flyer before exporting.

What goes on a real estate flyer?

The hero photo, price, address, beds, baths and square feet, three to five features, a short description, an open house date if there is one, the agent’s name, photo, brokerage and phone, and the brokerage’s required disclosure line. Equal Housing Opportunity logo and MLS or license numbers where the state requires them.

What size should a listing flyer be?

Letter (8.5 by 11 inches) for print and for a PDF attachment; 1080 by 1080 pixels for an Instagram or Facebook post; 1080 by 1920 for a story. The kit exports all three from the same layout so the print piece and the social versions match.
