EstatePass

A property record is one place for a listing’s address, price, facts, public remarks, MLS number and photos, brought in by portal link, by MLS report PDF or by hand, so the film, the kit, the finished photos and the flyer all read the same facts.

Key facts

Property Center: how it is calculated and what people ask

Input
A Zillow, Redfin or Realtor.com link, an MLS report PDF, or the facts typed by hand, plus your own photos
Output
One property record that the film, the kit, the finished photos and the flyer all read
Time to first result
Under two minutes from a link; a few minutes by hand
Cost
Free to start in the Agent Workspace; Pro $9.99/month, $19.99/quarter or $39.99 once

Why keep one property record instead of retyping?

Because every retype is a chance for the price, the square footage or the beds to disagree between the flyer, the post and the film, and buyers notice. One record, edited in one place, means every piece of marketing says the same thing, and a price change updates all of them in one step.

Can I import a listing by MLS number?

Not from the free portals; none of them resolve an MLS number publicly. The record stores the number for reference, and the listing is imported from the portal link or from the MLS report PDF, which carries the full field set including the public remarks. Private remarks are never imported.
