Print the listing from your MLS as PDF (any MLS). Address, MLS number, price, facts, public remarks, features, HOA, taxes and parking are read into the form. Private remarks and showing instructions are ignored.
Or type it
The form is the same one either way. An MLS number typed on its own is kept on the record.
Add your own photos
Drag them in; the first is the cover. Your own shots can go on every flyer, post and film. Photos pulled from a portal belong to the listing photographer; use those only where the brokerage allows.

Questions
What agents ask before they start
- Can I import a listing by MLS number?
- The MLS number is kept on the record when you type it, but no public portal resolves a number to a listing, so the facts come in by link, by the MLS report, or by hand. Drop the report PDF: it carries the number and everything else.
- Which MLS reports work?
- Any report your MLS prints as PDF: agent full, client full, broker sheet. If the PDF is a scan with no text layer it cannot be read; paste the text instead.
- Does it read private remarks?
- No. Only the public remarks, facts and features. Showing instructions, lockbox notes and agent remarks are ignored on purpose.
- Can I use the photos from Zillow?
- They usually belong to the listing photographer or the listing brokerage. The workspace keeps them on the record for reference but asks you to upload your own for marketing. Your own shots are safe to use everywhere.
- What does it cost?
