Why this is the answer
Under R.C. 3905.22, an Ohio producer must notify ODI within 30 days of any administrative action against the producer in another state or by another governmental agency. The notice must include a copy of the order and any related documents. The same 30-day window applies to criminal prosecutions. Failure to report is itself a ground for discipline under R.C. 3905.14.
