EstatePass

Real estate email templates are the messages an agent sends at each step of a transaction and each season of a relationship: the introduction, the showing follow-up, the offer update, the closing thank-you, the anniversary. Each template here is a fill-in draft with the timing it is meant for.

Email Templates: how it is calculated and what people ask

What emails should a real estate agent send to a new lead?

Within an hour, a short reply that answers the question they asked and offers one next step; the next day, something useful about the listing or the area; then a weekly note while they are looking, with new listings that fit or a market fact. Short, specific and on a schedule beats a long introduction email.

How do you write a follow-up email after a showing?

The same evening: thank them, name one thing they noticed, answer the question they asked at the door, and propose the next step, another showing, the disclosures, or a second look. Under 120 words. If they are not interested, ask what would have to be different so the next showing is closer.
