How do I download the app?
EstatePass is available on iOS App Store and Google Play Store. Search for "EstatePass" or use the download links on our homepage.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings > Account > Restore Purchases in the app. Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used for the original purchase.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings (iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, Android: Play Store > Subscriptions).
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to reset your password.
How does the study progress sync work?
Your study progress syncs automatically across all devices when you're signed in to your account. Make sure you have an internet connection for syncing.
How do I change my study state?
Go to Settings > Study Preferences > State in the app to change your target state for exam preparation.
