Which ISO Homeowners form provides open-perils coverage on BOTH the dwelling (Coverage A) AND personal property (Coverage C)?

AHO-2 Broad Form, open-perils on both Coverage A and Coverage C
HO-5 Comprehensive Form, open-perils on Coverage A and Coverage C
CHO-3 Special Form, open-perils on Coverage A and Coverage C alike
DHO-8 Modified Form, open-perils on Coverage A and Coverage C

Why this is the answer

The HO-5 Comprehensive Form is the only standard ISO Homeowners form that extends open-perils (special form) treatment to BOTH Coverage A (Dwelling) and Coverage C (Personal Property). HO-3, the most common form, writes the dwelling open-perils but reverts personal property to a named-perils list (Coverage C Perils Insured Against). HO-2 is named-perils on both; HO-8 is named-perils with ACV settlement designed for older homes (ISO HO-5 — Section I Perils Insured Against).
