Which ISO Homeowners form is designed for tenants/renters and provides NO Coverage A (Dwelling) limit?
AHO-3 Special Form
BHO-6 Unit-Owners Form
CHO-8 Modified Coverage Form
HO-4 Contents Broad Form
Why this is the answer
The ISO HO-4 Contents Broad Form is the standard renters policy. Because the tenant does not own the structure, HO-4 omits Coverage A (Dwelling) entirely. Coverage C (Personal Property) is written on a named-perils basis using the same 16 covered causes of loss that appear on HO-3 contents. HO-4 also includes Coverage D (Loss of Use), Coverage E (Personal Liability), and Coverage F (Medical Payments to Others), plus a 'building additions and alterations' additional coverage, paid under Coverage C, for tenant improvements (ISO HO 00 04 Section I — Coverages).
