EstatePass

Launch · licensed under two years

You passed the SAFE exam. Now the part nobody warns you about.

Your first fifty loans come from real estate agents, and nobody at your company has time to teach you how to earn them. Launch is ninety days of one task a day: five agent touches, scripts rehearsed with Linda before the real call, a Friday note that gets read, and a weekly letter built from your own numbers.

What moved this week, in three lines

DAY 42

01  Pricing eased a little this week. Nothing dramatic; enough that a buyer who was close is closer.

02  If you have someone writing this weekend, a seller-paid buydown is worth a sentence in the offer.

03  Send me a buyer's situation and I will price it the same day.

The program's signature artifact. Every Friday from week six, to every agent on your list.

  2. DAY 42

    First Friday note sent

  3. DAY 49

    An open house sat

The daily loop

Every day looks the same on purpose.

Three things, in a fixed order, then a letter on Sunday. By week three it is a habit; by day ninety it is a referral business.

  1. 01

    Today

One to three tasks, in order, each with a one-line reason and the script or template it needs, already open. Twenty-minute versions if you still have a day job.

  2. 02

    Practice

Linda picks up as Carla, a listing agent who has been pitched by ten lenders this month. You get thirty seconds. She pushes back. Then she grades you against five things that count.

  3. 03

    Write it down

Touches, conversations, meetings, posts. Four numbers a night. From day eight, five agents from your list every day, and the list tells you who is due.

  4. 04

    Sunday

A letter from Linda about the week you actually had, written only from the numbers you logged. She cannot quote a rate, promise an approval, or use a number you did not give her.

Ninety days

Thirteen weeks, three phases, one list that grows.

01Foundation

Days 1–30

Two lists, five programs, your 24-hour promise.

  1. 01

Tell the people who already trust you

30 people told directly, the announcement out, and the first 20 agents named on your partner list.

  2. 02

    Know five programs cold

Five programs explained in under a minute each, out loud, without the rate sheet.

  3. 03

Fifty agents you want to know

50 agents on the list with brokerage and a next-touch date; the first full week of five touches a day.

  4. 04

    The 24-hour pre-approval promise

Day 30: your one-sentence promise written and rehearsed, 50 agents on the list, 25 touches in a week at least once.

02Conversations

Days 31–60

Their offices, their open houses, the first Friday note.

  1. 05

    In their office

Two office visits made, one sales-meeting slot asked for, three posts up.

  2. 06

    The Friday rate note

First Friday note sent to the whole agent list, approved by your company if it requires approval.

  3. 07

The open house you did not host

One open house sat with an agent, every financing question followed up on Monday, plan recomputed with real numbers.

  4. 08

    Follow-up is the job

Day 60: 150 touches, 25 conversations, one meeting on the calendar.

03Pipeline

Days 61–90

Preferred lists, the buyer who was told no, your first closing told well.

  1. 09

    Get on the preferred list

Preferred-lender ask made to five agents, at least one yes.

  2. 10

The buyer who was told no

Three "told no" buyers asked for, one credit or down-payment conversation had.

  3. 11

    Referrals on purpose

Referral ask made to 15 people, two reviews requested, annual-review offer sent.

  4. 12

    Your first closing, told well

One closing story written, approved if your company requires it, and told to five agents.

  5. 13

Ninety days of your own numbers

Day 90: three meetings total, five agents who have sent or promised a buyer, and a one-page Year One plan with a day-180 review date.

Rehearsed before you need them

Sixteen conversations, each with the five things that count.

You read it, you run it with Linda playing the agent, the office manager, or the buyer who was told no, and she grades the same five. No script quotes a rate or promises an approval.

Questions new loan officers ask

Who is Launch for loan officers for?
Originators licensed less than two years, sponsored by a lender or broker, without a steady stream of agent referrals yet. It was built for the career changer who passed the SAFE exam, got the LOS login, and still does not know what to do on Monday morning. If you close a dozen loans a month, this is behind you.
What does it actually ask me to do?
Build two lists: the people who know you, and fifty real estate agents you want to know. Tell the first list you write loans now, as a pre-qualification offer. Then touch five agents a day, visit their offices, sit their open houses, send a Friday note every week, and ask to be on their preferred list once you have been useful twice. By day 90 you write a one-page plan from your own ratios.
Does it replace my company's training?
No. Your company teaches products, pricing, the LOS and compliance. Launch is the daily doing and the checking that you did it: a list, a loop, a rehearsal partner and a review. Where a task turns on a guideline or a disclosure, it says "ask your company".
What about compliance?
Nothing in the program quotes a rate, an APR, a payment, a down payment or a term, and nothing promises an approval. Every template ends with your NMLS ID, your company and Equal Housing Lender. The video studio scans scripts for Regulation Z trigger terms and will not render one until your compliance desk has signed off, and it prints a review packet for them.
What is Linda?
An AI coach. She plays the other side of a script so you can practice, and she writes your weekly letter. She cannot quote rates or guidelines, predict your income, give legal advice, or use a number you did not log yourself.
How much is it and can I cancel?
$39 a month, or $300 a year. Seven days free first, no card required. Cancel in one click, and your program day does not reset if you come back.
I have not been sponsored yet. Can I start?
Yes. The first four weeks are the lists, the programs and the announcement, which you can do before a company is behind you. Week five starts the office visits, and the program asks for your company and its NMLS ID then.

Three questions and you are in

How long you have been licensed, where you are sponsored, and whether you still have a day job.

The program fits the week you actually have.
