Why this is the answer
MCL 500.3157(10), added by PA 21 of 2019, limits PIP-reimbursable attendant care rendered by a relative or household member to 56 hours per week. Care above the cap may still be furnished but the insurer is not obligated to pay PIP for the excess hours.
