What happened to Pocket Prep’s insurance exam prep?
It was discontinued. As of our August 2026 check, Pocket Prep lists 154 exams across nine categories — none of them insurance — and its old life-insurance prep URLs redirect or 404. If a roundup still recommends Pocket Prep for the insurance exam, it is out of date.
Do these courses satisfy my state’s pre-licensing requirement?
The state-bundled packages from ExamFX, Kaplan, WebCE, A.D. Banker, and XCEL generally include approved pre-licensing hours where required.
