The answer is B: A narrow or raised median. A yellow edge line may be used on the left side to warn of narrow or raised medians. That yellow left edge line can warn you of a narrow or raised median. Keep your left wheels off it.
Situation 4
You're waiting to turn left, and the arrow for your lane starts flashing yellow. What does a flashing yellow arrow mean? The answer is A: Turn left after yielding to oncoming traffic and pedestrians. A flashing yellow arrow means you may turn left after yielding to oncoming traffic and pedestrians; oncoming traffic still has green. You may turn, but you must yield first. Oncoming traffic still has a green, so wait for a safe gap, and watch for pedestrians.

The light ahead is red, and there's a crosswalk painted just before the intersection. Where must you stop for a red light in Georgia? The answer is A: Before entering the crosswalk or intersection.
