After the exam
Your score report is
a starting point.
For salesperson and other entry-level real estate exams: tell us which portion your official report says you missed. We will explain the state rule and lay out a practical next study blockβwithout guessing at a scaled score or passing result. Broker candidates should use their separate handbook.
01 / YOUR REPORT
Start with what you know.
Your choices stay in this browser session. We do not upload your score report. Only the testing provider can issue an official result.
02 / STATE RULE
Utah: what counts
Two components β general (80 scored items) and Utah state law (50 scored items) β scored separately on a scaled score, not a percentage of questions correct. Fail one and you retake only that one, but you have six months to do it.
Before you book again
Wait 24 hours, then rebook through Pearson VUE β not at the test center. Retake only the failed component, and do it within six months or the whole exam resets. Remember the 90-day application deadline starts the day you pass the second component.
Find the official result first.
Look for PASS/FAIL by portion and any topic-level diagnostic. A practice percentage or one combined raw count may not describe your official result.
