A6 months
B1 year

D5 years
Why this is the answer
§ 3203(a)(11) gives a NY policyholder up to 3 years after the date of default to reinstate a lapsed life policy. Requirements: (1) evidence of insurability satisfactory to the insurer, (2) payment of all overdue premiums with interest, and (3) repayment or reinstatement of any policy loans. Once reinstated, a NEW 2-year contestability period begins to run from the reinstatement date for statements made in the reinstatement application.
