- Do I need a contractor licence in Idaho?
- Not from the state. Idaho registers contractors rather than licensing them: through the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses, Idaho Contractors Board. Nothing about Idaho could be verified on an official source from this machine. Every idaho.gov host refused: dopl.idaho.gov (the board), legislature.idaho.gov (Idaho Code), adminrules.idaho.gov (IDAPA) and idaho.gov itself all closed the socket or timed out through WebFetch, through the built-in browser (navigation denied) and through curl both direct and via the local proxy. Per the spec no third-party source was substituted, so every field except the NASCLA absence is null. The state_level_gc_license value of 'registration only' and the board and statute names are placeholders carried from the chapter title alone and were NOT read on an official page - re-run this state from a machine that can reach idaho.gov before publishing any of it.
