How do I download the app?

EstatePass, MortgagePass, ContractorPass, and AppraiserPass are all available on the iOS App Store. Search for any of our app names, or use the download links on our homepage.

Which exams are supported?

We support 4 professional exam types: EstatePass covers real estate licensing for all 50 US states; MortgagePass covers the NMLS SAFE MLO exam; ContractorPass covers the Florida General Contractor license; and AppraiserPass covers real estate appraiser certification. We also offer international coverage for Canada (RECO/BCFSA/RECA), Australia (Certificate IV), and New Zealand (REA).

How do I switch between exam types?

Each exam type has its own dedicated app. Download the app for your target exam from the App Store. Your account works across all EstatePass platform apps, so you can use the same login credentials.

How do I manage my subscription?

Each app has its own subscription. You can manage or cancel any subscription through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Subscriptions are available as Monthly ($9.99/mo) or Annual ($49.99/yr) plans.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings > Account > Restore Purchases in the app. Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used for the original purchase.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to reset your password.

How does the study progress sync work?

Your study progress syncs automatically across all devices when you're signed in to your account. Make sure you have an internet connection for syncing.

How do I change my study state?

Go to Settings > Study Preferences > State in the app to change your target state for exam preparation.
