The EstatePass platform ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by EstatePass Inc., is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our apps and services, including EstatePass (real estate exam prep), MortgagePass (NMLS SAFE MLO exam prep), ContractorPass (Florida General Contractor exam prep), AppraiserPass (real estate appraiser exam prep), and our international exam preparation content for Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

We may collect personal information that you provide directly to us, including:

  • Name and email address when you create an account
  • Payment information when you subscribe to our services
  • Profile information such as your state of residence, professional license type, and exam preferences
  • Communications you send to us

We automatically collect certain information when you use our services:

  • Device information (browser type, operating system)
  • IP address and location data

Information Sharing

  • Apple: Payment and subscription transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information. Apple's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
  • Supabase: We use Supabase for authentication, database, and backend services. Your account information and study data are stored on Supabase's secure infrastructure.
  • Analytics Providers: We use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to understand usage patterns and improve our services.
  • Service Providers: With other third parties who perform services on our behalf (email delivery, customer support).
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • With Your Consent: When you give us permission to share your information.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Your Rights and Choices

  • Close your account at any time

Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly within any of our apps by navigating to Profile > Account > Delete Account. Since all EstatePass platform apps share the same account system, deleting your account will remove your data from all apps (EstatePass, MortgagePass, ContractorPass, and AppraiserPass). When you delete your account:

  • All personal data associated with your account (profile information, study progress, practice history, wrong answers, favorites, AI session history, and discussion posts) will be permanently deleted from our servers immediately.
  • You will be automatically signed out.
  • This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

If you are unable to access the app, you may also request account deletion by contacting us at support@estatepass.ai. We will process your request within 14 business days.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
