What does the Ethics module weight?
Contract law and beneficiary rules are 60% of the exam; the regulators, consumer-protection bodies and the agent's own obligations are 40%.
Is the Ethics module the same in every province?
There are two versions: Ethics and Professional Practice (Common Law) for every province and territory except Quebec, and a Civil Code version for Quebec. The common-law version is the one described here.
