New Zealand: start with the intended licence class
The REA lists the New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) (Level 4) as a salesperson qualification pathway. Completing a qualification and receiving a licence are separate steps. Branch manager and agent routes have different requirements.
- Confirm your intended role with the regulator before buying training.
- Ask the provider about assessment, support, completion evidence and all fees.
